I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely laid out, but they weren't fully prepared for our stay. The service was a bit confusing with different rules shared, but I must say Michele & Charlita at the front desk were fantastic. The location was convenient for walking to various attractions, but lacked responses to specific inquiries. The dining was good with hot and fresh options, and the facilities were sufficient.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really nice with grand windows, nice bathrooms, and everything I needed in the kitchenette. The atmosphere was soothing and the rooms stayed warm even when we turned the AC down quite a bit. However, some rooms could use improvements in layout.
